Changing A Flat Tyre
1) Disconnect the brakes on the wheel that is flat.
2) If you have quick release wheels lift up the latch and turn the screw until the wheel feels loose, pull it until it comes off.
3) Get about 3 tyre leavers and place the first tyre leaver somewhere in the flat tyre and lift it up and hook it to the wheel.
4) Repeat this once and on the third run it around the wheel so that one side of the tyre is off.
5) Pull the inner tube out and locate the puncture by pumping more air into it.
6) Coat the puncture in glue, wait for it to dry and put a patch over it.
7) Put the tube back in the tyre and pull the tyre over the tube and make sure you have not nipped the tube.
8) Pump it up and get going.
